3. Delivery Areas
Leo Sneaker Shop delivers to serviceable physical street addresses within South Africa.
We do not currently offer:
- International delivery
- Delivery to P.O. boxes
- Delivery to farms
- Delivery to locations that The Courier Guy classifies as unsupported or inaccessible
- Collection from our business address
A South African postal code or location appearing during checkout does not guarantee that the address is serviceable.
If an address cannot be serviced, we will contact the customer to request an alternative delivery address. If no suitable address is available, the order may be cancelled and refunded.
4. Free Delivery
Standard delivery to an eligible South African physical address is provided free of charge.
Free delivery applies to the initial delivery of an accepted order. It does not necessarily cover:
- Redelivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address
- Repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts caused by the customer
- Change-of-mind or sizing returns
- Exchange collections
- Delivery to an alternative address after dispatch
Return and exchange charges are explained separately in our Returns, Exchanges and Refund Policy.
Customers will not be charged an undisclosed delivery fee after completing checkout. Any additional charge arising from an address correction or customer-caused redelivery will be communicated before being charged.
5. Order Cut-Off Time
Our daily order cut-off time is 12:00 noon South African time on business days.
Orders and cleared payments received before 12:00 noon may begin processing on the same business day.
Orders or cleared payments received after 12:00 noon will normally begin processing on the following business day.
Orders placed after the cut-off on Friday, during a weekend or on a South African public holiday will normally begin processing on the next business day.
The cut-off time does not mean that an order will be dispatched on the same day.
6. Handling and Processing Time
Orders are normally processed within 2 business days after the order and payment have been successfully confirmed.
Processing may include:
- Payment confirmation
- Fraud and security screening
- Stock verification
- Product inspection
- Picking and packing
- Preparing courier documentation
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not counted as processing days.
An order marked as “processing” has not necessarily been dispatched.
7. Payment Confirmation
The handling period begins after payment has been successfully confirmed.
For card or AddPay transactions, payment confirmation is normally received electronically.
For EFT orders, processing begins after the funds have cleared and the payment has been matched to the correct order. Sending proof of payment does not necessarily mean that funds have cleared.
Cash on Delivery orders may be subject to telephone, WhatsApp or other verification before processing.
Orders that require additional payment or customer verification may take longer to process. We will contact the customer if further information is required.
8. Dispatch and Transit Time
After processing, eligible orders are handed to The Courier Guy for delivery.
The estimated courier transit time is approximately 3 business days after dispatch.
The expected total time from confirmed payment to delivery is therefore approximately:
- Up to 2 business days for handling; plus
- Approximately 3 business days for courier transit.
This gives an estimated total delivery period of approximately 5 business days.
The handling period and courier transit period are separate. Transit begins only after the parcel has been dispatched.
9. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery estimates begin when payment has been confirmed and are calculated using business days.
Estimated delivery dates may change because of circumstances including:
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
- Payment-verification delays
- Fraud or security checks
- Courier network delays
- Severe weather
- Road closures
- Public holidays
- Strikes or civil disruption
- High seasonal order volumes
- Events outside our reasonable control
We will take reasonable steps to assist with delayed shipments, but estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
10. Tracking Information
Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided electronically using the contact details supplied during checkout.
Tracking may be provided by:
- SMS
- A courier tracking link
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate email address and active South African telephone number.
Tracking information may take several hours after dispatch to become active on the courier’s system.
Customers may also contact us for assistance:
Email: sales@leosneakerstore.co.za
Telephone/WhatsApp: +27 61 696 6508
11. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible orders delivered to serviceable South African addresses.
Cash on Delivery availability may be subject to:
- Address verification
- Order confirmation
- Customer contactability
- Product eligibility
- Courier-service availability
- Order-value or fraud-prevention checks
An order is not confirmed for Cash on Delivery until Leo Sneaker Shop has accepted and verified it.
Customers must ensure that payment is available when delivery takes place. Repeated refusal or failure to accept confirmed Cash on Delivery orders may result in restrictions on future Cash on Delivery purchases.
If Cash on Delivery is unavailable for a particular order or address, the customer may be requested to use AddPay or EFT.
12. Delivery Address Requirements
Customers must provide:
- Recipient’s full name
- Complete physical street address
- Suburb
- City or town
- Province
- Correct postal code
- Active South African telephone number
- Any access instructions reasonably required for delivery
Customers should check these details carefully before submitting an order.
We do not deliver to P.O. boxes, farms or unsupported remote locations. Customers in such areas must provide an alternative serviceable physical address.
13. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Leo Sneaker Shop is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect, incomplete or inaccessible address supplied by the customer.
If the courier identifies an address problem, the courier or Leo Sneaker Shop may contact the customer to obtain corrected information and arrange another delivery attempt.
A correction is not guaranteed once the parcel has entered the courier network.
If redelivery is possible, any reasonable additional courier charge caused by the incorrect address will be communicated to the customer before it is charged.
If delivery remains unsuccessful despite reasonable attempts to obtain a valid address or complete delivery, the parcel may be returned to Leo Sneaker Shop.
The customer may be responsible for reasonable return or redelivery costs where the failure was caused by:
- An incorrect or incomplete address
- An unavailable recipient
- Refusal of an otherwise correct order
- Failure to respond to the courier
- Restricted access to the delivery location
Nothing in this section removes responsibility from Leo Sneaker Shop where the delivery failure resulted from our own error or that of our appointed courier.
14. Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts
The Courier Guy may attempt to contact the recipient using the telephone number supplied during checkout.
Customers should monitor tracking information and remain available during the expected delivery period.
If the first attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may make another attempt or request updated delivery instructions.
If delivery cannot be completed after reasonable attempts, the parcel may be returned to Leo Sneaker Shop. We will contact the customer regarding redelivery, cancellation or refund options.
Any reasonable courier costs caused by customer-supplied incorrect information, repeated unavailability or refusal of a correct order may be deducted from a refund or charged before redelivery.
15. Receiving an Order
The customer or an authorised person should inspect the parcel’s external condition at delivery where reasonably possible.
A parcel may be delivered to:
- The named customer
- A person at the delivery address
- Reception, security or another authorised representative at the address
Delivery to such a person may constitute completed delivery where the courier records the parcel as delivered.
Customers should not accept a visibly opened or severely damaged parcel without noting the condition with the courier where possible.
Any damaged, missing or incorrect product must be reported promptly to:
The report should include the order number and clear photographs of the parcel, shipping label, packaging and product.
16. Order Changes and Cancellations
Contact us immediately if you need to correct an address or request cancellation.
We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled after processing or dispatch has begun.
Once a parcel has been handed to The Courier Guy:
- Address changes may be limited
- Rerouting may cause delays
- Additional courier charges may apply
- Cancellation may need to be handled as a return after delivery
Refusing delivery does not automatically cancel the order or remove reasonable courier costs arising from the refusal.
17. Split Shipments
Where an order contains multiple products, we may dispatch the products separately when reasonably necessary.
If an order is split:
- The customer will not be charged an additional standard delivery fee
- Separate tracking numbers may be provided
- Parcels may arrive on different days
18. Delayed or Missing Shipments
If tracking has not updated or an order appears delayed, customers should contact us with their order number.
We will contact The Courier Guy and take reasonable steps to investigate.
A parcel will not automatically be regarded as lost merely because it is delayed. We must first allow the courier a reasonable opportunity to trace the shipment.
If the courier confirms that a parcel has been lost, Leo Sneaker Shop will provide an appropriate replacement or refund, subject to product availability and applicable consumer law.
19. Risk and Ownership
Responsibility for an order passes to the customer when the product has been delivered to the customer or an authorised person at the supplied delivery address, subject to applicable South African law.
Ownership passes after full payment has been received.
